My name is Glenn Hinds and in March 2004 I opened OiWillo to provide training in Motivational Interviewing (MI) and drug and alcohol awareness across Northern Ireland. My contacts with commissioning agencies and care staff in training highlighted the existence of a training/knowledge gap between what staff and agencies are seeking and what is available.

With this in mind I have extended the services of OiWillo, building on my work experience and trainer contacts to develop a trainer & training catalogue that offers variety, flexibility and good practice as standard.

OiWillo aims to provide professional, best practice training in model and tailored events ensuring flexibility, efficiency and cost effectiveness to the voluntary, community and statutory sectors. OiWillo conference planning and support services assist individuals and groups identify and contract speakers and conference centres, develop publicity and provide administration of events.
